Raising the performance horse how it should be. OUTSIDE.
We are located in western Oklahoma between Durham and Reydon Oklahoma. We are raising prospects for cow horses and roping. With emphasis on those two disciplines, our horses are naturally competitive in a multitude of other arenas.
We believe in raising horses how God intended them to be, outside. We wholeheartedly believe this produces better minded, tougher, stronger, grittier horses.
Our horses may be raised outside but there is no lack of care and passion for them. We take great pride in knowing our horses are getting the best care, mineral, hay and pasture.
We use and prove our horses on the ranch. Even if they have a show record, we bring them home and use that mare or stallion to see the qualities he or she may possess or lack to make a more informed decision on how to cross them in the future.

The Ones Behind the Scenes
Todd Watkins and Robyn Taylor
Todd's earliest experience with horses comes from his mother's side on the racetrack. His uncles were very successful jockeys and trainers throughout their career.
One standout horse trained and jockeyed by his uncles was none other than Special Effort.
Todd learned a lot about a horse's nutrition, recovery and care at a high level of performance.
He went on then to start ranching and ranch rodeoing. Multiple times through his career, he was in charge of more than 5000 head of cattle at one time.
His ranch rodeo team qualified for the WRCA World Finals more than once. He also showed in the ranch horse shows available at the WRCA rodeos.
He had the joy of helping his daughter qualify for High School Nationals more than one year in breakaway and goat tying.

Robyn's experience with horses is very similar to Todd's in her early years. Her grandfather raced and raised AQHA racehorses.
She then went on to show in 4H in any class that her and her little mare could participate in.
She qualified and placed at state multiple times in her 4H career.
Since her and Todd starting raises horses, she has shown in Stock Horse and cutting classes.
Together Todd and Robyn have ran several hundred head of cattle in the Red Hills of Western OK for over 10 ten years.
